Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in managing the entire recruitment process within the Fuerst Group family of companies. This position ensures an efficient and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers by independently handling all recruitment stages, from sourcing and screening candidates to selection and managing offers. The role involves proactively identifying both active and passive candidates for a broad range of roles, including challenging positions, and cultivating strong partnerships with internal teams to align hiring strategies with evolving business goals. Acting as a trusted consultant, this partner advises hiring managers on effective interviewing, inclusive hiring, compliance, and competitive offer development, while promoting an outstanding candidate experience and enhancing the company’s talent brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and refine talent strategies aligned with changing business requirements and team culture.
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods and industry knowledge to attract diverse and top-quality candidates.
- Provide a high-attention candidate and hiring manager experience by proactively communicating and setting expectations throughout recruitment.
- Conduct structured, behavior-based interviews and advocate best practices in candidate selection.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by incorporating inclusive sourcing and hiring methods and tracking relevant outcomes.
- Maintain and analyze applicant tracking system (ATS) data to assess progress on recruitment goals and identify areas for enhancement.
- Represent the company at specific events, enhance employer branding, and contribute to workforce planning discussions.
- Contribute to wider talent acquisition projects and potentially mentor junior team members or colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
- At least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment within an agency or corporate setting.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also considered if they demonstrate capability to perform the role’s duties.
- Preferred experience recruiting for eCommerce, design, or product innovation teams; footwear industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
- Expertise in diversity recruiting, bias reduction, equity promotion, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills in leading change, problem solving, and influencing hiring decisions.
- Capacity to set clear objectives and independently achieve key goals.
- Experience conducting searches at local, national, and global levels.
Additional Information
- Work location: Portland, OR, following a hybrid model with approximately four days onsite per week and flexibility based on business needs.
- No travel required for this role.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $95,490 to $100,795 annually. The final offer depends on factors such as experience, skills, education, and market conditions. Typically, compensation above the listed maximum is not offered at hire.
