About the Role

Akio Coffee Roasters seeks a seasoned Senior Steward dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and overseeing floor operations at our cafes located in Dehradun. This role demands leadership in guiding junior staff and maintaining premium customer experiences especially during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, warm, and efficient table service to guests.
• Lead, guide, and mentor junior stewards to ensure effective floor coordination.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table arrangement.
• Collaborate closely with baristas, kitchen personnel, and management.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across multiple café locations in Dehradun as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Steward or Senior Steward in a high-traffic café or restaurant environment.
• Exhibit strong communication skills paired with leadership qualities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Display punctuality, proactivity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Available to work 10-hour shifts for 6 days each week.
