• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and preparation of discharge summaries.
• Engage actively in ward rounds, on-call shifts, and case-based discussions to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior residents and interns to support their clinical education.
• Offer counseling to parents concerning diagnoses and prescribed treatment plans, ensuring understanding and compliance.
