Senior Product Manager

Job Overview

Lead the strategy execution within the Qiwa Portfolio in collaboration with your direct manager. Oversee the use of Qiwa data to drive client and customer investments, while managing Takamol's product portfolio to meet performance targets. Ensure products align with customer needs, influence the market positively, and reinforce Takamol's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Qiwa product portfolio and related targets to guarantee product effectiveness and market impact supporting Takamol’s business objectives.
• Initiate corrective measures promptly if product KPIs, as defined in the original business case, are not met to rectify issues and enhance product efficiency.
• Supervise quality control analysis of Qiwa products to maintain accuracy and compliance with Takamol’s standards.
• Utilize Qiwa data strategically for client and customer investment decisions.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 9 years' experience in Product Management or a closely related area.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise across teams.
• Advanced expertise in marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in negotiation techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
