Senior Manager - Product Owner

About the Role

This position leads the strategic direction, governance, delivery, and ongoing improvement of Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) products to enhance business value. The role involves crafting and guiding product vision, prioritizing product portfolios, aligning stakeholders, promoting product adoption, and ensuring execution excellence within organizational goals and data-driven transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive strategies and roadmaps for Data & AI product development.
• Set and uphold product vision, objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and measurement of value realization.
• Prioritize projects and investments grounded in business impact and strategic fit.
• Manage an extensive portfolio that includes data, AI, analytics, and digital products.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle management of Data & AI products from inception to delivery.
• Lead backlog prioritization, organize sprint planning, and handle release schedules.
• Ensure compliance with delivery timelines, budgets, and achievement of anticipated business results.
• Address strategic risks and obstacles affecting delivery progress.
• Coordinate with executive stakeholders to establish priorities and strategic direction.
• Serve as the central communication link connecting business, technology, design, and data teams.
• Promote organization-wide product adoption and business engagement.
• Advocate for user-focused design methodologies.
• Manage user research initiatives, customer journey mapping, and evaluations of product usability.
• Guarantee user experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and provide high value.
• Implement product governance frameworks and operating standards.
• Monitor product quality, performance, reliability, and compliance adherence.
• Ensure conformity with Data Governance, PDPL, security, and organizational policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other Product Management professionals.
• Establish and standardize product management processes, templates, and best practices.
• Enhance organizational capabilities related to product management disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, especially focusing on Data Products, Analytics, or AI domains.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise-level product portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of Data and AI platforms, governance practices, analytics, and digital transformation strategies.
• Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, Project Management, or Change Management are advantageous.
