Role Overview

This role plays a key part in converting strategic ambitions into systematic execution within a rapidly expanding airline business. It involves overseeing the delivery of high-level programs through robust governance, comprehensive portfolio oversight, and continuous executive collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and prioritize a variety of corporate and functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage interdependencies across projects to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Develop actionable roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities, detailing objectives, deadlines, deliverables, and required resources.
• Identify and address risks and issues proactively to enable timely decision-making and effective cross-department coordination.
• Foster strong partnerships with senior leadership to promote swift decisions and successful strategy execution on a global scale.
• Lead organizational efforts to build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Enhance organizational capabilities by mentoring teams and establishing scalable project delivery frameworks.

Candidate Profile

• A degree holder with at least 8 years of combined project and portfolio management experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge in portfolio governance, project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, change facilitation, and performance analytics.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, sound judgment, and effective collaboration skills within dynamic environments.
• Experience in the airline sector, particularly in commercial or operational roles during periods of rapid expansion, is highly beneficial.
