Senior Manager, Partnerships & Marketing

About the Role

The Senior Manager of Partnerships & Marketing plays a pivotal role in bringing partnership agreements to fruition. After deals are secured, this role ensures the execution of all partnerships by onboarding partners, managing sponsorship activations including podcast advertisements, social media content, masterclasses, EDMs, events, and more. The manager controls project timelines, scope, and delivers an exceptional client experience throughout each campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding of new partners while defining clear deliverable schedules and expectations.
• Serve as the principal liaison to partners, maintaining proactive and open communication across campaigns.
• Coordinate partnership activation calendars spanning podcasts, events, social media, email marketing, education, and content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SHE-com’s team leads and contractors to guarantee all deliverables meet brand standards.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and generate comprehensive reports highlighting value and opportunities for renewals.
• Develop and enhance communication and workflow systems to boost operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
• Identify innovative opportunities and additional offerings aligned with partner objectives to maximize engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Possess over three years of experience in partnership marketing, client services, or campaign management.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with a knack for project management focused on clarity and deadline adherence.
• Highly organized and adept at juggling multiple concurrent activities with effective timeline management.
• Experienced in executing multichannel marketing campaigns with a firm grasp on digital, event-based, and content marketing terminologies.
• Possess exemplary written and verbal communication abilities to represent the SHE-com brand with professionalism and warmth.
• Driven by creating mutually beneficial relationships and committed to delivering results through value-centric execution.
