Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to spearhead initiatives around customer centricity, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering a culture focused on exceptional service across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies that advance overall customer experience.
- Work closely with multiple teams to ensure unified service delivery.
- Evaluate customer feedback and analytics to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Lead, guide, and develop a team specializing in customer service.
- Track and present key customer satisfaction performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated managerial experience in customer-focused roles.
- Strong capabilities in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Work Experience
6 to 8 years of relevant experience is required.
