Key Duties

The position requires analyzing logistics data to pinpoint improvement areas, adopting best practices in collaboration with various teams, managing interactions with internal stakeholders and external partners, resolving logistics challenges, and ensuring clear communication about delivery timelines, inventory variances, and service-related issues. Independent work, juggling multiple priorities, and maintaining thorough documentation and reports for executive assessments are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient analytical capabilities for data interpretation, trend analysis, and aiding business decisions.
• Hands-on experience in operations management, logistics coordination, and process enhancement.
• Strong communication skills to effectively partner with internal teams, external collaborators, and clientele.
• Practical knowledge of inventory supervision including monitoring, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Customer service aptitude to address queries, resolve conflicts, and uphold client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain software, or ERP platforms.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational prowess, and problem-solving skills suited for remote work.
• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferably prior tenure in a senior or leadership position within logistics.
