Role Overview

We seek an experienced loan processor who can efficiently manage loan processing tasks to accelerate loan closings and optimize our workflow processes.

Job Details

This is a full-time, remote contractor position paid on commission basis (1099). The candidate must hold a valid NMLS license to be eligible.

Responsibilities and Performance Expectations

• Manage processing of a minimum of eight loans per month, with opportunities to increase workload and earnings based on performance.
• Ensure loans are processed thoroughly and closed on schedule.

Compensation

• Earn $550 per loan processed.
• Receive an additional $100 bonus for securing Conditions To Close (CTC) at least two days before the closing date.

Qualifications

• Proven background in loan processing and underwriting.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with loan origination software is advantageous.
• Active NMLS license required.
