Role Overview
The Senior IT Manager will be based in Singapore and report to the Group CFO. This position will take ownership of IT operations across international subsidiaries, with responsibility for IT governance, ERP rollout, and infrastructure oversight. The role works closely with Group IT, business and finance teams, and external technology vendors to ensure systems and support services meet organizational needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct IT operations across overseas subsidiaries, including business applications, infrastructure, network design, and information security.
- Improve the full asset and vendor management cycle to keep pace with business growth.
- Work with Group IT and local stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
- Manage ERP implementation from planning through delivery, including data integration, issue resolution, and go-live support.
- Build and maintain IT governance models and SOPs for international operations.
- Create standards and policies for identity and access management, data governance, and disaster recovery in line with local regulations and group governance expectations.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate IT management.
- Strong understanding of IT environments and operating models across Southeast Asia, Japan, and other international markets.
- Demonstrated success in setting up and managing IT infrastructure across multiple countries.
- Hands-on proficiency with SAP implementation projects.
