About the Role

A leading technology brand within the Web3 arena is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer based in the United Kingdom. This role will play a pivotal role in crafting and evolving the company's visual identity while effectively engaging global crypto-native communities through innovative visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance and evolve the brand's visual identity by collaborating closely with marketing leadership, combining adherence to established guidelines with creative innovation.
Produce top-quality digital visual content tailored for websites, social media, campaigns, events, and community projects that resonate with Web3 audiences.
Create designs optimized specifically for crypto-centric platforms including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, demonstrating an understanding of their unique user behaviors and preferences.
Develop visually appealing content inspired by the latest trends, memes, and digital culture, ensuring brand authenticity and a professional tone.
Stay up to date with emerging design, technological, and Web3 trends to adapt creative strategies and maintain relevant output.
Establish streamlined creative workflows, manage design projects efficiently, and coordinate efforts with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
Maintain and organize creative assets, templates, and scalable design systems to support growth on a global scale.
Lead visual design initiatives for conferences, industry events, and community engagement activities.
Work closely with marketing, product, and community teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent design language across all channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading graphic design projects with a robust portfolio that highlights expertise in digital-first design.
Preferred background in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, technology, or other forward-thinking digital industries.
In-depth understanding of crypto-native culture, including meme trends and platforms such as Crypto Twitter (CT).
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and comparable software.
Ability to deliver high-quality design assets efficiently, while managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience developing scalable design systems, templates, and maintaining well-organized asset libraries.
Demonstrated skill in overseeing creative workflows and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and freelancers.
Strong visual storytelling capability to simplify complex concepts into compelling and understandable designs.
Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to experiment while ensuring brand consistency.
