This role is open on behalf of a partner company headquartered in Australia, seeking a Senior Graphic Designer passionate about shaping the visual presence of a cutting-edge technology brand within the Web3 space. Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of a strong, culturally relevant visual brand strategy working closely with marketing leadership, balancing brand guidelines with innovation.
Produce premium digital graphics for websites, social media channels, campaigns, and events tailored to crypto-native platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
Design visuals influenced by contemporary digital trends, meme culture, and Web3 community nuances while maintaining brand professionalism.
Keep abreast of new design and technology trends within Web3 to swiftly adapt creative content.
Establish streamlined creative workflows and oversee design projects in collaboration with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
Maintain organized design systems, templates, and asset libraries to support global expansion.
Take charge of visual design efforts for conferences, industry gatherings, and community involvement initiatives.
Collaborate across marketing, product, and community departments to ensure consistent design language across all user touchpoints.

Candidate Requirements

At least 5 years of leadership experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital-first design demonstrated through a robust portfolio.
Previous work within the Web3, blockchain, crypto, technology sector, or other innovative digital industries is highly advantageous.
In-depth understanding of crypto-native culture, meme trends, and platforms such as Crypto Twitter.
Proficient with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or comparable design software.
Capability to generate high-quality assets swiftly, managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines effectively.
Experience in creating scalable design systems, templates, and maintaining organized creative asset libraries.
Proven skills in managing creative workflows and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and freelance contributors.
