Project Overview

We are launching a secure, impactful technology project for a government client to develop a custom Order Management System (OMS). This system will optimize intricate procurement and inventory processes for tightly regulated items. The solution integrates the Boomi platform to facilitate smooth data exchange, automated workflows, and interoperability between client and external systems.

Role Summary

The Senior Full-Stack Lead, working onsite, will oversee sprint planning and management, ensure adherence to architectural standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and maintain risk logs. Expertise in React with TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and security such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and audit logging is essential. The role includes leading the integration stream using Boomi, handling design and governance of integration frameworks, API development, data mappings, error handling, and monitoring, collaborating across teams to build secure, compliant, scalable system integrations. This is a full-time position based in Doha with immediate availability and scope for contract extension based on progress and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan sprints, define objectives, distribute tasks, and monitor progress against the planned roadmap.
• Ensure development activities comply with the approved system architecture.
• Maintain code integrity through reviews emphasizing quality, consistency, and security.
• Monitor and manage risk logs, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations effectively.

Success Criteria (6-12 months)

• Demonstrate openness and commitment to learning through internal and external educational opportunities.
• Achieve production readiness of all essential data pipelines and agent workflows.
• Complete agent-level testing and debugging ahead of system go-live.
• Deliver a system with reliable, scalable, and robust performance in production.
• Train and empower local technical teams to operate the system independently.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in frontend development utilizing React and TypeScript.
• Strong backend skills with Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL including schema design and optimization.
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Understanding of security best practices such as RBAC and audit logging mechanisms.
• Capability to lead planning, sprint management, architecture compliance, and code review processes.
• Exceptional communication skills for working effectively with stakeholders.
• Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Boomi integration processes including data mapping and transformation for XML/JSON/EDI formats.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (sync and async), REST/SOAP APIs, and resilient error handling.
• Experience managing Boomi environments, deployments, and monitoring systems to ensure dependable integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to logistics or supply chain management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of microservices architectural design and scalability strategies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and use of monitoring tools.
• Leadership experience within cross-disciplinary teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Developer, Security+, or Scrum Master considered advantageous.

Salary Details
