About the Role
Algoji Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in Python, AI, WordPress, and API integration. The selected professional will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of the company's technology infrastructure, including websites, CRM systems, APIs, AI-driven solutions, automation workflows, databases, and internal software projects. This position involves not just coding but also building scalable technology products and enhancing business processes through automation with a focus on long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites, including WordPress customization, plugin/module creation, improving site speed, SEO, and security, plus handling hosting and server setups.
- Design, develop, and enhance CRM functionalities by improving workflows, creating new modules, and ensuring a seamless user experience along with system security and performance.
- Implement backend applications primarily in Python and PHP, create frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, develop secure REST APIs, integrate third-party APIs, and support scalable system architecture.
- Design and administer relational databases using MySQL/MariaDB, optimize their performance, conduct backups/restores, and maintain database security.
- Incorporate AI solutions across company products, build AI-driven workflows leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and automate repetitive business tasks by researching and adopting emerging AI technologies.
- Develop and integrate APIs including payment gateways, WhatsApp, email, SMS, trading, and other third-party business APIs.
- Perform comprehensive software testing, bug fixes, optimize performance, manage version control, document processes, and handle production deployments.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and PHP programming languages.
- Strong expertise in WordPress development including custom plugin creation.
- Solid knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST API development and integration.
- Database management skills with MySQL/MariaDB, including backup and security.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and Linux server basics including cPanel and hosting management.
- Understanding of website security principles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Laravel, React.js, Node.js frameworks.
- Knowledge of Docker, AWS cloud services, Cloudflare CDN, automation platforms like n8n and Make.com.
- Skills in UI/UX tools such as Figma and Canva.
Artificial Intelligence Skills
- Comfort using AI technologies including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with AI APIs, AI-assisted coding tools, and automation platforms.
- Eagerness and ability to rapidly learn new AI advancements.

Educational Background
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, MCA, BCA or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
Working Conditions
Working hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the office based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered following probation based on performance and business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 dependent on skills, experience, attitude, and interview results.
