  • Closely monitor global fertilizer supply and demand fundamentals, freight market conditions, and geopolitical factors to capitalize on trading opportunities and mitigate exposures.

  • Adhere strictly to international sanctions regulations (OFAC, EU, UN) and internal compliance policies across all counterparties and cargo movements.
  • Prepare detailed trade proposals, comprehensive market analyses, and periodic performance reporting for senior leadership and investment boards.
  • Contribute strategically to the advancement and capability building of the fertilizer trading desk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a similar discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is highly advantageous.

  • Thorough knowledge of shipping logistics, letters of credit, and trade finance mechanisms.
  • Strong familiarity with global trade compliance and sanction regulations.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, analysis, and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Readiness to travel abroad and relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia is mandatory.

Competencies
