About the Role

Sandoz SPA, a pharmaceutical company located in Oued Smar, Algiers, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join their team. This position reports directly to the Engineering Head and requires a minimum of five years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an engineering management system to support operations.
• Implement efficient preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Create managerial and technical tools to enhance maintenance service quality.
• Schedule and oversee periodic technical shutdowns for facilities and equipment.
• Develop budgets and investment plans related to site facilities and the Engineering Department.
• Assess the performance of technical installations and equipment regularly.
• Coordinate with technical service providers, suppliers, and the indirect purchase department to manage service follow-up and procurement.
• Design programs aimed at boosting the performance of site facilities and equipment.
• Provide ongoing technical and managerial assistance to the Engineering Head.
