Role Overview

We are searching for an experienced Senior Email Specialist with over four years in cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach to lead our outreach efforts. This position entails full ownership of the Outreach Team and accountability for generating monthly qualified leads and demonstration appointments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Outreach Team to deliver consistent results.
• Design and implement automated campaign workflows using tools such as n8n.
• Demonstrate expertise in cold emailing and leveraging LinkedIn automation tools effectively.
• Create compelling, personalized content tailored for target audiences.
• Maintain exceptional email deliverability by employing best practices that prevent landing in spam folders.
• Conduct A/B testing on varied email elements to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Segment email and LinkedIn contact lists strategically for targeted outreach initiatives.
• Analyze campaign metrics and performance data to discover opportunities for enhancement.
