Role and Responsibilities

• Lead project planning by defining scope, assessing locations, researching zoning regulations, and coordinating schedules to meet project objectives.
• Develop innovative, precise, and high-quality architectural designs.
• Work closely with clients, regulatory bodies, consultants, and internal teams to accomplish project goals.
• Engage in concept site and building design, design development, presentations, and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in architectural design within the U.S., focusing on hospitality, housing, or commercial projects.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree from a U.S. institution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe software.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
