Senior Creative Producer

Role Overview

GreatThings is collaborating with a prestigious London-based luxury clothing brand seeking a Senior Creative Producer on a freelance basis for a fixed-term contract lasting one year. This role reports to the Head of Creative and is based in London with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring office presence three days a week along with occasional travel for coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to deliver visual campaigns from conception through to final completion, maintaining the integrity of the creative vision.
• Oversee full production processes for key seasonal campaigns, brand and talent shootings, as well as niche sub-label launches.
• Serve as the main liaison for on-set logistics including crew recruitment and managing troubleshooting during shoots.
• Lead casting carefully to secure appropriate talent for lifestyle and e-commerce campaigns, managing contracts and usage rights, while professionally handling high-profile talent on set.
• Maintain tight control over production budgets, working jointly with the Senior Brand Manager, and negotiate effectively with external creatives, agencies, and vendors to optimize budget allocation.
• Develop and maintain clear and enforceable critical paths to ensure all stakeholders remain coordinated and projects are executed smoothly.
• Coordinate sample management across multiple departments, resolving logistical challenges to ensure timely and accurate delivery of samples for shoots.
• Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Showroom, and Wholesale teams to monitor sample availability, maintain product consistency, and facilitate product handling pre- and post-shoots.
• Oversee e-commerce shoot coordination as the connecting point between the London creative hub and Manchester studio teams, ensuring seamless execution and consistent commercial image quality.
• Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow including retouching, editing, color grading, and formatting, ensuring delivered assets meet platform specifications.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience as a Senior Producer within the fashion or apparel sectors with a portfolio that includes high-level brand campaigns and e-commerce content.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to overseeing production processes, able to swiftly adapt schedules and solve set-based challenges.
• A financially conscious mindset with a strong ability to maximize resource efficiency without sacrificing creative quality.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling effective collaboration across diverse internal teams and freelance production crews.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of navigating between large-scale brand campaign requirements and detailed, process-driven commercial content production.

Additional Information

The position offers a salary up to £55,000 pro rata. The role includes hybrid office attendance (three days in London office per week) with occasional travel. This is a contract role for a duration of one year.
