Role and Responsibilities

• Managing the production of precast concrete components ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Planning and scheduling production activities to meet organizational targets effectively.
• Overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain high standards.
• Applying advanced concrete technology knowledge to improve product performance.
• Conducting thorough inspections of reinforcement and formwork prior to pouring concrete.
• Interpreting and utilizing shop drawings accurately for project execution.
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and minimize waste.
• Leading and motivating the engineering team to achieve departmental goals.
• Controlling costs associated with production to adhere to budget constraints.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
