About the Role

The Senior Business Development Representative role at Braze centers on driving the company's future growth by pinpointing and building relationships with potential customers. The position requires proactive engagement with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, leveraging well-developed research skills and creativity to craft tailored communication strategies via various channels, such as calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video. You'll support the company's revenue goals by qualifying prospects and converting high-value opportunities into new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target suitable accounts to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns through email, phone, and events to engage potential leads.
• Hold in-depth conversations with executives to understand their customer engagement and marketing needs.
• Deliver effective pitches, solution demonstrations, and value statements that align with client requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to devise account strategies and move deals forward.
• Meet or exceed individual quota and contribute to team targets, with uncapped commission potential.
• Meticulously manage meetings, maintain organized records, and prioritize outreach for maximum impact.
• Leverage proven processes and user-friendly tools while consistently tracking KPIs.
