Responsibilities
- Contribute to shaping and nurturing team culture in a growing engineering group.
- Lead and participate in solution-focused, outcome-driven projects with skilled teams for high-profile clients worldwide.
- Experience the dynamic consulting environment balanced with strong connection to a dedicated, onsite office team.
- Develop hands-on expertise with the latest technologies and delivery approaches.
- Work collaboratively within small, agile delivery teams to produce impactful project results.
Required Experience and Skills
- Extensive expertise in software architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade products.
- Proficiency in one or more technology stacks such as .NET, Java, or modern web frameworks.
- Leadership experience managing development teams and coordinating with varied technical and functional groups.
- Strong capabilities in cloud architecture leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Sound understanding and practice of Agile project management techniques.
- Exposure to modern web application technologies including Angular, React, Vue, Node, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience working with relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DB2.
- Practical knowledge of designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
