Senior Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Architect to join our Riyadh office. This role demands a reputable architectural design background, capable of creating innovative concepts and delivering detailed, build-ready designs for diverse projects such as private villas, multi-story residential buildings, and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and development of design concepts from initial concept phases through to detailed final designs.
• Prepare, evaluate, and ensure architectural drawings and technical documentation meet professional quality standards.
• Ensure designs strictly adhere to the Saudi Building Code and applicable local regulations in Riyadh.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers and MEP specialists to achieve fully integrated project designs.
• Oversee and maintain the quality of all architectural design outputs.
• Deliver innovative, practical design solutions that satisfy client needs while optimizing spatial efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Demonstrated experience working on villas, residential buildings, and commercial projects.
• Thorough knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and Riyadh local regulations.
• Proven ability to develop architectural concepts and take projects through from initial vision to final execution.

Technical Proficiencies

• Expert user of design and modeling software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Lumion or Enscape.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
• Practical experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Strong capabilities in 3D modeling and architectural visualization.

Job Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and requires onsite attendance.
