Role Overview
The Senior Analyst will hold overall project responsibility for moderately complex initiatives or coordinate key projects at a departmental or division level. The role includes managing communication and relationships within defined project parameters. The incumbent will identify obstacles impacting project or departmental outcomes and actively engage in mitigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects of moderate complexity or hold accountability for projects within the department/division, including planning, development, and execution of schedules to meet deadlines and milestones while ensuring method adherence and issue resolution.
- Maintain timely and precise communication with the project team throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the project budget and possess comprehensive understanding of system scope, objectives, and team roles to effectively coordinate activities. Recognize and track risks and issues associated with projects.
- Provide routine updates to senior leadership or Project Manager on project deliverable statuses.
- Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, or plans supporting business goals. Lead project teams effectively to align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets, tackling moderately complex challenges with appropriate solutions.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience combined with formal education.
- 3 to 5 years of experience utilizing structured methodologies and project planning tools.
- In-depth knowledge of strategy, planning, and project management concepts.
- Familiarity with Mastercard and the payments industry is advantageous.

- Report any suspected breaches or violations of information security promptly.
- Complete all mandatory periodic security training as required by Mastercard guidelines.
