Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Overview

We seek an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows aimed at automating intricate infrastructure functions, including test generation and identifying failure causes. The role involves crafting and implementing customized Machine Learning models suited to enhance our testing frameworks, such as anomaly detection and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable internal solutions incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques into the existing engineering pipeline.
• Integrate AI agents and machine learning models with core data storage and processing platforms like Snowflake and MySQL for precise, real-time information access.
• Produce reliable, production-quality Python code and interface with front-end and AECG software tools.
• Set up and maintain MLOps standards, facilitating smooth collaboration and integration within the engineering team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven software development experience emphasizing backend infrastructure and tooling, with readiness to quickly contribute to new initiatives.
• Knowledge and practical experience in constructing and launching AI agents and workflows using industry frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen.
• Extensive experience deploying ML models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn; strong familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), advanced prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• Advanced Python programming skills and proficiency working with UNIX/Linux systems.
• Solid background in database design and data pipeline management, specifically with SQL and Snowflake technologies.
• Hands-on experience in MLOps including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Competence in compiled languages, with a particular emphasis on C++ being an advantage.
• Experience creating APIs for ML models and AI agents using tools such as FastAPI or Flask.
