Security Consultant (B2C Field Sales)

About the Role

V Protect, which operates under the SIS Group, is building a modern security offering centered on smart alarm monitoring and fast response support. By combining technology with a dependable on-ground network, the company aims to deliver round-the-clock protection and reassurance to homeowners and small businesses.

As a Security Consultant, your focus will be B2C sales for V Protect’s alarm monitoring and response solutions. You will identify prospects, communicate the service value clearly, and convert leads into customers while maintaining strong client relationships. The role is suited to someone proactive, target-oriented, and confident in both communication and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch and sell V Protect’s alarm monitoring and response services to residential customers and small businesses.
• Source leads through field activity, referrals, events, and digital outreach.
• Carry out product demos and sales presentations for prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel while meeting monthly and quarterly goals.
• Create local collaborations and community-based outreach efforts to strengthen brand presence.
• Deliver a positive customer experience at every stage of the sales journey.
• Share market trends and competitor observations with the management team.

Compensation and Schedule

The role offers a salary package of 4-6 LPA along with performance-linked incentives.

Work timings are Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Monday as the weekly off.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
