Position overview
PNC is seeking a Scrum Master to join its Fraud Engineering organization in Pittsburgh, PA. This role requires weekly in-office presence. The opportunity is not offered in every geographic location.

What you'll do
- Guide one to two Scrum teams in applying Agile values and practices across daily work.
- Run Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach the team on the Scrum framework and support consistent execution of Agile principles.
- Help ensure work is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to sprint commitments and fraud technology goals.
- Identify and clear blockers, and escalate risks when needed to keep delivery on track.
- Shield the team from outside disruptions so focus stays on agreed priorities.
- Work with the Product Owner to keep backlog items ranked by business value and ready for the team.
- Monitor and share team progress with stakeholders to improve visibility.
- Track Agile indicators such as velocity, sprint progress, and burn-down to support decisions based on data.
- Strengthen quality by making sure acceptance criteria are clear and work meets the definition of done.
- Support governance, controls, and regulatory expectations tied to fraud engineering work.
- Look for ways to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and reduce friction in delivery.
- Partner with leadership to advance Agile maturity across teams and programs.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is expected.
- At least 3 years of relevant direct industry experience is typically required.
- Comparable combinations of education, role-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in place of a degree.
- No certification or license is specifically required.
Additional information
- PNC will not sponsor employment visas for this position and will not participate in STEM OPT for this role.
