About the role
Repco is seeking a Retail Coordinator in Gore, Southland. This is a varied, hands-on retail position where you will help shape how products are displayed and promoted while also supporting customers on the shop floor. The role suits someone who enjoys a busy environment, has a strong eye for presentation, and likes being part of a friendly team.
Working hours
The roster runs Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Offer helpful, friendly, and accurate guidance to customers.
- Keep branch merchandising aligned with standards, including planogram updates and in-store promotions.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation across the branch.
- Support stock management so the shop floor remains well stocked and orderly.
Experience and skills
Previous retail experience is required, and experience in a role involving merchandising is preferred. The position calls for strong customer service ability, a creative approach to product placement and presentation, a positive attitude, solid communication skills, and careful attention to detail.
