Scrum Master

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to lead and transform teams by instilling Agile methodologies within a distinctive UK defense environment. This role requires a proactive individual to foster an Agile mindset across combined hardware and software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and provide training to one or multiple teams on Agile frameworks, mindsets, and best practices.
• Moderate important meetings and interactive workshops, ensuring productive outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Apply Agile principles flexibly to suit a mixed environment of hardware and software development.
• Identify and eliminate blockers to enhance team performance and value delivery continuously.

Key Requirements

• Applicants must be British Citizens or hold dual UK nationality with British citizenship due to mandatory BPSS security clearance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between £40,000 and £64,000, commensurate with experience.
• Bonus potential up to £2,500 annually along with up to 14% total pension contribution from the company.
