Role Overview

We are seeking a Scrum Master to coach an engineering development team on Agile methodologies, emphasizing sprint goals to drive successful project delivery. This position demands expertise in Scrum principles to overcome common challenges and establish long-lasting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams in Agile best practices and ensure adherence to sprint objectives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives effectively.
• Develop detailed user stories with clear tasks and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the project team to analyze and enhance business workflows.
• Manage the product backlog and assist in quality assurance and requirement validation efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Scrum Master within engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Jira for managing and integrating boards across multiple teams.
• Experience in leading client delivery and interacting with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to educate technical teams on fundamental Agile concepts.
• Possession of a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree completion.
