Scrum Master

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master with a passion for agile methodologies to lead our software development teams. This full-time, permanent position is based in Wetzlar/Hüttenberg, offering a respectful work environment and the opportunity to start immediately with a 35-hour work week. Part-time engagement is also considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and guide agile processes within software development teams using Scrum framework.
• Promote self-organization and autonomy within teams to foster responsible structures.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain the backlog and ensure targeted implementation of requirements.
• Coach and train teams on agile principles and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to agile processes within Scrum teams.
• Remove obstacles and advocate for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Completed academic degree or vocational training in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Professional experience as a Scrum Master or significant experience in IT project management with agile methods.
• Proficiency in software solutions and familiarity with agile tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and ability to motivate teams in a supportive manner.
• Independent and precise working style coupled with strong analytical capabilities.

Additional Information

The position is primarily full-time but can also be fulfilled part-time. The earliest possible start date is immediate.
