Position Overview

We are seeking a Sandblaster (m/f/d) located in Heilbronn (Neckar). This position involves shift work, full-time employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing surfaces for final coatings, including rust removal, sanding, and degreasing
• Performing sandblasting on steel and metal components, including in specialized booths
• Selecting, operating, and maintaining necessary equipment and tools
• Repair and protection of surfaces through dent removal, sanding, painting or waxing
• Conducting and documenting various measurements

Candidate Profile

• Relevant professional experience as a sandblaster
• Manual dexterity and technical aptitude
• Physical stamina to handle job demands
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Good command of German language
