Sales Trainee

About the Role

Kotak Asset Management Company Ltd is looking to onboard a Sales Trainee (off roll) for their Jodhpur office. This opportunity welcomes both fresh graduates and candidates with experience up to 3-4 years looking to build a career in sales within the asset management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with distributors such as Independent Financial Advisors (IFA), banks, and mutual fund distributors to drive sales.
• Handle corporate client relationships and oversee sales and distribution made to such corporate accounts.
• Directly contribute to revenue growth through targeted selling initiatives.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities by acquiring and developing new client accounts.
• Deepen existing client engagement by expanding the range of financial services and solutions provided.
• Directly connect with senior leaders and decision-makers within prospective and current client organizations for business development.
• Maintain and enhance relationships to strengthen brand visibility and goodwill in the market.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Freshers or professionals with up to 3-4 years experience are eligible.
• Graduates or postgraduates in any discipline.
• Possession of NISM Certification - V-A module is preferred.
• Basic understanding of mutual fund products is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with field sales activities.
