The annual compensation is INR 900,000, with the following structure: Year 1 fixed pay of INR 7,00,000 per annum, an assured bonus of INR 1,00,000 after completing 1 year subject to performance, and a joining bonus of INR 1,00,000 paid in the first month’s salary. The joining bonus must be repaid if the employee leaves within the first year or is not confirmed due to performance-related reasons. From Year 2 onward, the role moves to the sales incentives plan of the relevant LOB.
