Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee, inspire, and develop a high-achieving sales team while advancing the company's business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Ensure attainment of individual and collective sales goals.
- Track daily call activities, follow-ups, property site visits, and successful sales conversions.
- Train team members on sales tactics, objection handling, and effective closing methods.
- Maintain prompt follow-up on all designated leads.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and evaluate team performance regularly.
- Compile and submit sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to manage leads effectively.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships while delivering superior customer service.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members.
- Promote discipline, productivity, and target achievement within the team.
