Overview

Netambit Infosource And E Services Private Limited is urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee a field sales team dedicated to promoting and onboarding merchants onto the GPay platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team focused on merchant onboarding for GPay.
• Track daily sales targets, ensuring performance goals are consistently met.
• Provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and mentorship to team members.
• Maintain compliance by ensuring proper documentation during merchant onboarding.
• Resolve escalations efficiently and guarantee smooth field operations.

Experience & Skills Required

• At least one year of direct experience in QR code sales within a fintech environment is mandatory.
• Between one and two years of prior experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE).
• Exemplary leadership ability with experience managing sales teams is preferred.

Compensation

The role offers a salary up to ₹34,000 CTC, complemented by appealing performance-based incentives.
