Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative for Intercom Systems (m/f/d) focused on technical field service within the IT, communication, and security technology sector. The role includes managing sales regions WEST (North Rhine-Westphalia) or NORTH and strengthening our sales team with immediate effect.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and cultivate new sales opportunities within the designated territory by maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients and partners.
Collaborate with sales management to set and plan strategic goals, reporting directly to leadership.
Monitor market trends and technological advancements.
Participate in trade fairs, product exhibitions, and company presentations.
Support project implementation from inception through realization.

Candidate Profile

A successful degree or relevant qualification in IT or electrical engineering.
Passion for sales, openness to novel approaches, and solid B2B experience selling technical products, ideally within communication, security, or IT technology.
High motivation, willingness to travel, strong communication skills, and negotiation expertise.
Independent, customer-focused, and solution-oriented working style.
Team-oriented attitude, enthusiasm, and assertiveness.
Proficiency in digital media and at least good English language skills are advantageous.
