Role overview
This Hamilton-based 360 Recruiter position combines recruitment, client acquisition, and account management. The role is scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it offers an hourly pay range of $20 to $25 plus uncapped commission.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the entire hiring workflow, including sourcing, screening, placement, and candidate onboarding.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across Hamilton and nearby areas.
- Visit local businesses in person and conduct door-to-door outreach to present staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and potential clients.
- Assess hiring requirements, recommend suitable recruitment solutions, and negotiate service terms.
- Act as the main contact for client accounts and ensure strong service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates during the hiring process.
- Work toward monthly goals for recruitment output and business development.
- Keep CRM records updated with client activity, sales efforts, and recruitment progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure staffing requests are filled successfully.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a staffing agency setting.
- Background in a client-facing role such as recruitment, business development, account management, or sales.
- Comfort with door-to-door selling, cold outreach, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads, bring in new clients, and maintain lasting business relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work on your own while juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Self-driven, high-energy, and goal-oriented with a strong sales approach.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are preferred.
- Bilingual applicants are considered an advantage.
Additional information
The work schedule runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $20 to $25 per hour, with uncapped commission potential.
