Role Overview

Maison 21G is hiring an experienced, engaging, and target-oriented Sales Promoter for its Changi Airport duty-free counters in Singapore. In this role, you will represent the brand on the front line, turning every customer interaction into a refined and memorable luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with international travelers in a polished, welcoming, and confident manner.
• Explore each customer’s preferences, personality, and lifestyle to identify the right fragrance direction.
• Support clients in selecting and creating bespoke perfume combinations.
• Elevate duty-free transactions into personalized luxury consultations.
• Recommend and sell additional products such as perfumes, discovery sets, dual crayon, and 100ml formats.
• Meet and exceed sales goals in a busy airport retail setting.
• Keep the counter presentation aligned with the brand’s premium standards.
• Handle stock checks, replenishment, and store operations in coordination with Shilla.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in beauty, fashion, luxury retail, F&B, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success in selling, upselling, and delivering against targets.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.
• Positive team mindset with a proactive approach.
• Excellent eye for detail and high service standards.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
