Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee and develop retail grocery outlets in the Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula areas for Aurganicum Naturals. This role involves direct interaction with various retail stores, managing orders, and maintaining strong relationships to boost product presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to grocery stores, supermarkets, organic stores, and departmental outlets.
• Introduce Aurganicum's products to new retailers and onboard them effectively.
• Establish and nurture lasting connections with shop owners and store managers.
• Take purchase orders accurately and ensure prompt processing.
• Regularly check existing retailers' stock availability to maintain inventory.
• Ensure shelves are replenished consistently by collecting replenishment orders.
• Monitor how products are displayed and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and sales.
• Keep track of competitor products and pricing within the market.
• Submit daily visit reports using mobile apps or WhatsApp.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to coordinate order dispatch and delivery tracking.
• Gather feedback from the market and customers to understand their needs.

Additional Information

Candidates must have their own two-wheeler for traveling between locations.
