Role Overview
As the initial human contact for cold leads, you will engage with potential clients who previously interacted with us but did not commit. Your primary goal is to rekindle interest and schedule calls with our Chief of Staff, Ryan Sullivan. Success in this job is defined by setting these appointments.
You will work from a curated and continually refined list managed by Ryan, engaging leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn over six touchpoints within three weeks, then pausing outreach for 90 days. All interactions must be logged in Pipedrive promptly. Daily, you will report your progress, including both successful and challenging interactions, followed by a 20-minute review session with Ryan to analyze conversations, especially those that were difficult.
With proven success, this position can evolve to include pipeline management and proactive prospecting, offering a clear path towards client-facing opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Ability to communicate authentically and naturally with marketing VPs without sounding robotic or insincere.
- Demonstrated curiosity about our offerings, specifically understanding CoreSpeed and the importance of Core Web Vitals to publishers.
- Accountability and willingness to quickly acknowledge mistakes.
- A keen sense of the difference between general service and true hospitality, recalling impactful experiences of being genuinely cared for.
- Prior outbound sales experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems through hands-on experience preferred.
- Knowledge of WordPress is optional.

- Respecting client preferences is paramount: any request to discontinue contact will be strictly honored across all channels indefinitely.
