Candidate Requirements

• Must hold an EU work permit.
• Native-level proficiency in German (either as a mother tongue or advanced second language).
• Experience in acquisition and sales, preferably within B2B sales.
• Demonstrated determination and ambition to take ownership of personal success.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to contribute innovative ideas to enhance personal and team performance.
• Desire to build or advance a career in sales.
• Additional language skills, particularly English, are advantageous.
