Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant collective launched by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over a decade, we have established 30 venues across Europe including France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy.

Our purpose is to offer customers fully homemade, authentic Italian cuisine served in beautifully crafted locations, all delivered with a warm smile and lively atmosphere.

Now, we are excited to introduce this vibrant experience to Ireland with our inaugural location in Dublin.

Role Mission

• Join the dynamic Big Mamma floor team as a Runner.
• Deliver food and beverages, including wine, desserts, and pasta, directly to guests at their tables.
• Assist in opening and closing duties on the floor, including polishing cutlery and folding napkins.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Create memorable experiences by spreading positivity and making every customer's visit exceptional.
• Exemplify Big Mamma's values by maintaining a friendly, professional presence, supporting teammates during service, and approaching challenges with problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Attributes

• A cheerful disposition combined with enthusiasm for Italian cuisine.
• High energy levels, a proactive mindset, and strong collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service focus.
• Prior experience in hospitality or similar customer-facing roles.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

• This is a permanent full-time role.
• Hourly wage of €14.65, plus additional tronc payments.
• Work schedule includes five days on with two days off each week.
