Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you are a key contributor to the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms are impeccably cleaned with meticulous attention to detail. Beyond physical cleaning duties, you will foster teamwork and assist guests to help deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously clean all areas of guest rooms including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to uphold the property's exceptional quality and presentation.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys fully stocked, well organized and ready for use.
• Apply cleaning products carefully while observing safety requirements to protect yourself and guests.
• Respect guests' privacy and security throughout all tasks.
• Promptly communicate any maintenance issues to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning roles or as a room attendant is advantageous.
• Possess a warm, friendly communication style that makes both guests and colleagues feel comfortable.
• Detail-oriented and efficient, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Enjoy physical work that may involve moving between rooms via stairs and outdoor walkways.
• Demonstrate openness to collaborating with diverse coworkers.
• Have reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
