The Room Attendant is tasked with maintaining pristine cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and corridor areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain guest rooms and corridors in immaculate condition following the property's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure smooth operations within the Housekeeping department while adhering to ethical standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Supervisor to report any issues or abnormalities.
  • Complete all assigned room cleaning tasks within the shift.
  • Vacuum corridor carpets daily after room cleaning.
  • Keep cleaning trolley stocked and tidy.

  • Respect guest privacy at all times.
  • Deliver guest experiences that meet brand SOP, local SOP, and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
