Room Attendant

About The Role

Join The Luxury Collection as a Room Attendant, where you will work under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure all guest rooms and suites are cleaned and inspected promptly and thoroughly, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality to satisfy guests fully.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assignments with your supervisor, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Immediately report found items and guest complaints to management.
• Alert supervisors about any unusual activity or concerns on guest floors.
• Maintain accurate records of room statuses within your designated area.
• Clean and care for guest rooms, corridors, and other hotel areas according to company standards.
• Restock guest supplies to meet their needs.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest service requests as directed by supervisors or guests.
• Report any damage or malfunctions in rooms to the supervisor for timely resolution.
• Observe and comply with all hotel policies relating to health, safety, and hygiene.
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene in line with company expectations.
• Participate in training sessions as required to enhance knowledge and skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have relevant prior experience as a Room Attendant, demonstrating familiarity with housekeeping duties and guest service excellence.
