Robotics Teacher

About the Role

As a Teacher Partner at Openhouse Study, you will lead dynamic and interactive Robotics classes for children, managing student progress, fostering positive parent interactions, and maintaining a supportive learning environment. This position suits educators passionate about guiding young learners through technology, problem solving, and fundamental engineering principles via hands-on projects and experiments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality Robotics lessons following the Openhouse curriculum, facilitating hands-on building and introductory coding activities.
• Continuously assess and document student progress, providing insightful feedback to parents and management through regular reports.
• Engage with parents during feedback meetings, workshops, and events; collaborate with the management on student trials and admissions processes.
• Organize and prepare students for project demonstrations during showcases and events, and take part in training and collaborative meetings.

Who We Seek

• Individuals enthusiastic about introducing children to robotics and technology.
• Holders of engineering or science bachelor's degrees.
• Those willing to work with children aged between 5 and 12 years.
• Candidates possessing a foundational knowledge of practical electronics and basic coding.
• Preference given to those with prior experience teaching robotics, coding, or STEM subjects to young learners.

Time Commitment

• Work any 5 days per week, dedicating 4 hours each day for a total of 20 hours weekly.
• Weekday shifts run from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; weekend shifts are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Location Details

Classes take place at various learning centers or apartment complexes throughout Bengaluru, assigned according to your preference.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 20,000 to 35,000 INR.
