Retail Trainer

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Retail Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of the sales team. This includes developing orientation and onboarding sessions to familiarize new employees with company standards and sales techniques.

• Design and conduct orientation programs tailored for sales staff.
• Facilitate onboarding training for newly recruited sales team members.
• Provide consultancy support to sales personnel to address and solve workplace challenges.
• Appoint mentors and coaches to guide newly onboarded sales associates.
• Monitor interactions between sales personnel and customers to identify improvement areas.
• Assess training requirements at both individual and team levels.
• Organize role-play exercises to prepare the team for difficult customer scenarios, including objection handling.
• Offer guidance on strategies to upsell products and services effectively.
• Utilize diverse sales training methods such as gamification, case studies, and collaborative group activities.
• Keep training materials and curriculum documentation current and well-maintained.

Compensation

The offered monthly salary ranges from INR 21,000 to INR 35,000.
