Role Overview
- Actively safeguard employees, property, and assets under your responsibility.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors during all duties.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies following established escalation protocols in a calm and clear manner.
- Document and report all incidents accurately and thoroughly.
- Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems across multiple sites, requiring strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Comprehensive training will be provided upon joining.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail security roles is essential.
- Must possess a valid PSA License.
- Fluent English communication skills for clear interaction.
- Reliable with a commitment to a consistent work schedule.
- Professional and tidy appearance at all times.
Compensation & Schedule
The position offers a pay rate of €16.41 per hour, with a work schedule averaging 24 hours weekly.
